After purchase, you will receive a correspondence from the artist requesting more information and offering an estimate on time of delivery.

Your original 11x14 artwork will arrive with a mat to fit any standard 16x20 frame, as well as a signed certificate of authenticity.

Refunds - A lot of supplies, time, and effort go in to creating original commissioned artwork. If you would like to negotiate a refund, please do so at the earliest opportunity to ensure a refund that is equitably reasonable for us both. A full refund is available after purchase up until your commission has been started. 40-50% refund available while work is in process. No refunds available when work is complete.
