SHIPPING
Your order may be arriving from one of a few different places. All original artworks, signed giclée prints, and other items that are prepared in-studio are personally shipped from my studio in San Antonio, TX. Posters and some other novelty items are printed and shipped through a third party service with many locations, and each order is prepared and shipped from a location closest to the delivery address.
Standard production time is 2-5 days.
Standard shipping time is 3-8 business days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & REPLACEMENTS
If your order is lost, incomplete, or damaged, you can submit a customer request within 14 days of receiving your order (or, if your order is lost, within 14 days of the last estimated arrival date) for a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
If you would like to return your order and receive a refund, you can submit a customer request within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must be at the customer’s expense, and a refund will be issued once the returned items are received.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
You may also use this form for an international shipping quote on items that are otherwise shipped only within the US, or to make a special request.
